Will there always be an abundant supply of water? Or is time running out?

  • Should your lawn be watered in the rain?
  • Should every sprinkler head fire every time your irrigation system comes on?

Whether or not you have a sprinkler system, most of us have seen water streaming down a gutter when it’s not raining. Many of us have seen a broken sprinkler head and scoffed at the water lost by the seeming faucet that won’t turn off. Some of us have even had the misfortune of walking on a wet and sloshy lawn after the irrigation system just went off.

With so much technology these days, it seems logical that problems such as broken sprinkler heads, unnecessary watering and overwatering don’t need to happen. You are absolutely right. They do not need to happen and Conserva has the system, process and technology to eliminate the problem.

Conserva’s Three Key Components

At Conserva, we use Toro® smart irrigation technology. The Toro system includes 3 key components that together ensure that only the right amount of water is used. The first key component is a smart controller. The controller is the mother ship of an irrigation system. Holding over 40 years of stored weather data for your precise location, the Toro EVOLUTION® controller can make a very strong prediction about the current irrigation needs. Prediction is step one.

Step two is gauging the current weather. Taking a gauge of current weather conditions requires more than just having a rainwater collection device. It’s also important to know the current humidity conditions and even the current cloud cover conditions. If you’re wondering whether you should turn on your sprinkler, you often take a walk outside and survey if they sky looks as if it’s going to rain. The Toro® ET Sensor accomplishes that through technology.

Here’s the critical third component. Let’s say you couldn’t tune into a local weather report and for some reason couldn’t take a gander up at the sky for a visual survey of whether you should turn on your sprinkler system. At that point you would likely put your hand on the grassy area to see if it feels dry, moist, or wet. Toro irrigation even has technology for that test but there are 2 ways it’s even better. First, the soil sensor can test the water conditions under the surface. But more importantly, the soil sensor communicates with the EVOLUTION® controller to make sure that only irrigation in areas needing current watering are the ones that fire.

Your Sprinkler Caretakers

Conserva Irrigation is in the business of conserving water used for irrigation. Our mission is to create sound and efficient sprinkler systems that use only the precise amount of water with only highly functioning equipment.

Sounds expensive? How much would you pay for a system inspection? How about a free system inspection? We’re so confident we can identify system optimization and equipment operation opportunities that we provide our 12-point System Efficiency Score (SES) at no charge.

We’ve worked hard to make conserving water used for irrigation an economically feasible reality. Our affordable solutions employ a profound blend of technology and design, developed after considerable study of available technologies, water dynamics, environmental concerns and best horticultural practices. Typical systems installed by Conserva use 30% – 60% less water than a traditional system!

With Conserva Irrigation on your side, you can rest easy knowing your irrigation system is:

  • As environmentally friendly as possible
  • More cost effective than ever before
  • Maintained for peak performance by a company that delivers service second to none

Satisfied customers: The strongest proof of our performance

Our standards are the highest that can be measured and Conserva has delivered impeccable services to us in every way.

I completely trust Conserva Irrigation for all of our watering needs and I would highly recommend this company.

I have had the pleasure of working with Conserva Irrigation for 3 years. When they delivered their initial presentation to us, I was impressed how they clearly and professionally informed us about the services they offered. More importantly though, Conserva Irrigation has fulfilled, time and time again, the very services they shared with us three years ago.

The functionality of their system is incredibly easy … the spring start-ups and fall blow-outs have been seamless.
